It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Seaside

This piece has some awesome burl (i.e., tree cancer) that gives it that funky live edge.

Lipstick

These two sister pieces were presents for two close friends. Unintentionally, the dark wood and pink coloration makes it look like a tube of lipstick.

Moonglow

This set of handled serving board is colored with mica powder, which results in an more opaque, space-y look.

Deep Ocean

I chose a transparent dark blue on this piece because I thought the live edge looked like a beach shore.

Honeypot

I kept this piece as a square to preserve surface area. It’s chamfered edge (much like a diamond) makes it easy to grip.

Planetarium

My favorite piece in this series, Planetarium is colored with a subtle purple. It’s a simple piece, but I love it for that.
